Music Lessons
Mona offers both piano and harp lessons from her music studio in Seattle, WA. She enjoys supporting each student in the discovery of their own creative expression by providing a musical foundation based on history, ear training, sight reading, harmony, theory, technique, composition, and improvisation. Each element she feels is an integral part of understanding the complexity of music and can be woven into the fun process of learning!
Through private instruction, consultation, master classes, and group classes Mona has mentored music students of all ages throughout the U.S. for the past 44 years. More recently she offers private instruction via WhatsApp and FaceTime, specifically for students outside the Seattle area. She is an active member with the Music Teachers National Association and The International Society of Folk Harpers.

Performance
Mona continues her lifelong pursuit to educate, motivate and inspire through her love of music in her role as international performing artist, published composer, and arranger. She enjoys artist collaborations with various styles of creative expression including spoken word, dance, singing, visual arts, drumming, sound bowls, & other forms of unique instrumentation.
As a seasoned solo artist, on harp and piano, Mona provides music for numerous occasions including private parties, weddings, receptions, worship services, business parties, holiday gatherings etc. She strives to make each performance a unique & magical “experience.”
Mona also has served as a Certified Music Practitioner for 2 decades, using her music as a catalyst for healing. It is her intention to bring beneficial change to each environment as well as support the listener with the application of rhythm, tone, vibration, and suspension of sound. She additionally uses these fundamental elements in each original composition and performance.
